1. Definitions
“Platform” refers to ackermenn.space. “111111”, “we”, “our” refers to the operating publisher. “User” or “You” refers to any individual accessing our digital magazine or engaging our curatorial travel advisory.
2. Permissible Use of the Journal
You agree to use this publication strictly for lawful, non-commercial personal appreciation. You agree not to copy, scrape, mirror, or harvest editorial texts, photographs, or cartographic itineraries using automated bots or scrapers without express written license.
3. Editorial Content & Travel Nature
All essays, geographic overviews, and travel dossiers are provided for informational and cultural enrichment. While we strive for absolute factual accuracy, weather conditions, border protocols, local laws, and facility operations fluctuate. Travelers are responsible for independently verifying current entry visas, transit rules, and physical safety requirements before embarking.
4. Advisory Orders & Curatorial Engagements
When you commission an itinerary dossier via our contact channels, obligations become binding only upon mutual written confirmation of scope and issuance of an official project invoice. We reserve the right to decline inquiries that do not align with our sustainable travel principles.
5. Intellectual Property
All original essays, layout architectures, proprietary names (“111111”), vector emblems, and visual assets published on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of 111111 or its contributing field artists, protected under US and international copyright frameworks.
6. Client Responsibilities
Users communicating via our electronic mail or forms warrant that provided details are truthful, that they hold valid identification, and that they will respect regional cultural norms and conservation standards during recommended expeditions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As Is”)
THIS PLATFORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED TRAVEL DOSSIERS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. 111111 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE UNITED STATES LAW, 111111, ITS EDITORS, CURATORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE MAGAZINE OR EXPERIENCES OCCURRING DURING TRAVEL, INCLUDING TRANSIT DELAYS, PROPERTY LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY OCCURRING AT THIRD-PARTY RETREATS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 111111 from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or unauthorized redistribution of our editorial materials.
10. Third-Party Accommodations & Independent Guides
111111 acts strictly as an independent evaluator and custom route planner. We do not own, control, or operate the independent hotels, mountain huts, ferry lines, or local guides mentioned in our journal. Each third party operates under its own independent service contracts.
